Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To shape and scale a B2B SaaS platform, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage product strategy, execute hands-on product ownership, and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to drive product initiatives and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Own product strategy and conduct customer research to align product initiatives with business objectives
- Prioritize the product backlog, write user stories, and lead backlog grooming and sprint refinement sessions
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other teams to ensure high-quality product delivery and support go-to-market efforts
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Experience managing or mentoring others in a product context
- Proven success in scaling products or companies from approximately $10M to $100M ARR
- Strong technical fluency and understanding of UX and design principles
- Experience acting as a Product Owner within Agile/Scrum teams
