Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the product vision and strategy for Fetch's internal Agentic Platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead the development and adoption of AI capabilities, ensuring the platform meets the needs of internal teams while managing the agent development lifecycle in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Agentic Platform, prioritizing capabilities based on agent team needs
- Drive the agent development lifecycle from idea to production, establishing evaluation capabilities and governance structures
- Conduct internal research and discovery to enhance user experience and adoption among engineering and product teams
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, particularly with platform or AI/ML-powered products
- Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features and fluency in modern AI concepts
- Strong discovery and research skills, with the ability to translate findings into product requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multi-team programs and dependencies
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
