Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving measurable outcomes within a critical domain of the platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own financial and accounting workflows, engage with users for continuous discovery, and collaborate across teams to establish a modern product organization in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a domain and drive it towards measurable outcomes rather than just shipping features
• Conduct regular user conversations to map opportunities and validate assumptions before writing requirements
• Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to turn validated opportunities into well-scoped work while communicating with stakeholders at all levels

Required qualifications

• Experience in product management, particularly in financial and accounting workflows
• Proficiency in using contemporary AI tools for research synthesis, prototyping, and analysis
• Strong background in continuous user discovery and validation processes
• Ability to work collaboratively across complex organizations and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to building product management processes and standards
