Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To drive growth through conversion optimization, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead agile squads in a remote setting, focusing on enhancing the "discovery-to-request" journey while collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the execution of the 2026 CRO roadmap, defining optimization vision and strategy while managing real-time A/B test results
- Serve as the product lead for two squads focused on Web CRO for different portions of the user journey
- Partner with the Data Team to define tracking requirements and analyze A/B test performance using Tableau
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in Product Management
- Proven track record in driving results through experience and flow optimizations, particularly in A/B testing
- Fluency in GA4 and Tableau (or similar tools) for user behavior analysis
- Background in Business or Tech with an understanding of luxury brand dynamics
- Proficiency in Jira for backlog management
