Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end development of the Client Communications Service, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the product roadmap, lead cross-functional teams in product discovery and delivery, and define user stories while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Client Communications roadmap, translating company strategy and user needs into prioritized initiatives that drive growth and scale
• Lead product discovery and delivery in partnership with Engineering, Design, and Operations, managing ideas from concept through launch
• Define Epics and User Stories with clear scope and acceptance criteria, while producing user journey and process diagrams for client communications

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of developing products from early stage to maturity
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments, demonstrating the ability to manage complex product landscapes
• Strong capability to translate business goals and client needs into actionable requirements and a coherent product roadmap
• Proven success in collaborating with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful features
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira Software and Jira Product Discovery
