Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the technical direction of the Geo Addressing SDK, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage the product roadmap, drive engineering understanding, and resolve customer escalations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver addressing solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Address Verification, Geocoding, and Autocomplete solutions, representing the portfolio to customers and internal stakeholders
- Own and prioritize the product backlog across multiple engineering teams, balancing customer urgency with strategic priorities
- Translate customer feedback into actionable backlog items and collaborate with engineering and support teams to drive quality improvements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in product ownership, technical product management, or software engineering with experience in address validation or geocoding solutions
- Ability to understand software architectures, REST APIs, and engineering design discussions
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-customer escalation queues with varied SLA commitments
- Proficiency using AI tools for code review and backlog management
- Approximately 10% travel required
