Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To shape and deliver large-scale Shopify commerce experiences, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will bridge strategy, delivery, and technology while translating insights into actionable roadmaps that ensure measurable project value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions to understand business goals and operational processes, translating findings into a product vision and scope
• Build and maintain a structured product backlog, facilitating trade-off discussions and owning the roadmap for migrations and new builds
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment with defined goals, supporting user acceptance testing and client enablement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or similar roles, preferably within a brand, agency, or consultancy environment
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital commerce projects, including platform migrations to modern SaaS ecosystems
• Deep familiarity with Shopify Plus and the broader commerce technology stack, including ERP and OMS systems
• Experience in agile delivery practices and discovery frameworks
• Strong technical literacy combined with commercial acumen, focusing on ROI and client value
