Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time Senior Product Manager will enhance and scale veterinary software platforms remotely, overseeing complex initiatives and improving user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap for key platform areas, translating company goals into actionable plans
• Lead cross-functional projects from discovery through launch, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact
• Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze product performance, and implement initiatives to boost adoption and retention

Required Qualifications

• A four-year college degree and 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy, manage multi-quarter roadmaps, and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with experience in defining KPIs and utilizing data analytics tools for decision-making
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders across diverse teams
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments and mentor junior team members
