Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading cross-functional initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage product design and requirements, build reporting dashboards, and serve as a subject matter expert for customer escalations in the fintech space.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product design and requirements for complex initiatives, collaborating with Engineering, UX, and other teams
- Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into product adoption and customer health
- Translate customer feedback into product requirements and conduct competitive market analysis
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous requirements to delivery
- Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools like Metabase or Tableau
- Track record of resolving complex customer issues and improving products or processes
- Experience presenting to customer advisory boards or executive audiences is preferred
