Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product data layer, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will set the strategy for catalog attributes, ensuring accuracy and coverage while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer trust and product visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for catalog attributes, aligning cross-functional partners around clear outcomes and success metrics
• Translate complex problems into structured plans, driving execution from discovery through launch and iteration across multiple teams
• Build strong relationships across various departments to ensure clarity and shared ownership of attribute quality, while continuously improving operational excellence mechanisms

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in catalog, data platforms, or ML/AI-adjacent products
• Proven ability to set strategy and deliver high-quality outcomes in dynamic environments, including governance and quality systems
• Demonstrated proficiency in using data to drive decisions, defining KPIs, and interpreting results
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of building trust in high-stake environments
• Experience in marketplaces or e-commerce, with familiarity in balancing multi-sided incentives
