Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading product initiatives in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the product roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution within the Retail Technology Solutions team.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring visibility and understanding among stakeholders and scrum team members
- Lead discovery efforts on new initiatives and translate them into actionable stories in collaboration with product owners
- Develop product KPIs that align with broader business goals and facilitate communication of the product vision to the Scrum Team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics and/or product management
- Foundational knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, O365, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD, Power Automate)
- Positive team player with a solution-oriented mindset and a proven track record in delivering high-quality results
