Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Patient Experience Platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own the product vision and strategy for patient-facing applications, ensuring engaging and clinically meaningful digital experiences while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for patient-facing platforms (web and mobile)
- Translate patient needs and clinical goals into high-impact product initiatives and features
- Drive discovery through patient research, usability testing, and direct patient feedback
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with significant ownership of B2C or patient-facing products
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated consumer platforms
- Proven experience launching and scaling consumer-grade applications (mobile and/or web)
- Strong understanding of patient journeys and engagement mechanics
- Bachelor's degree required; clinical or health-related background is a plus
