Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the discovery and delivery of transformational features, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will lead product strategy, continuous discovery, and analytics for a healthcare technology platform focused on improving post-acute care for seniors transitioning from acute settings to home.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evangelize the roadmap for new product features, identifying opportunities through clinical evidence and market intelligence
- Lead continuous discovery efforts with clinical end-users and validate product solutions through rapid experiments and user feedback
- Own the full sprint lifecycle, ensuring features are clinically accurate, HIPAA compliant, and meet user needs while managing a prioritized backlog
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management or ownership experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare technology
- Deep domain knowledge in post-acute care or related areas such as home health or chronic care management
- Proven track record of shipping complex, regulated software products in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytics ownership experience, including designing measurement and reporting layers for shipped features
- Experience navigating HIPAA, CMS regulatory frameworks, and interoperability standards preferred
