Job Summary
Driving the vision and strategy for emergency communications solutions, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the product lifecycle for Wireline and VoIP services, ensuring compliance and interoperability while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Wireline and VoIP emergency communications solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams through product development, launch, and lifecycle management activities
- Engage with industry stakeholders to gather customer feedback and monitor market trends for strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience in telecommunications, SaaS, or public safety communications
- Strong understanding of Wireline 911, VoIP emergency services, and NG911 architecture
- Familiarity with telecommunications protocols and technologies, including SIP and IP networking
- Knowledge of FCC regulations and NENA standards related to public safety communications
- Demonstrated success in leading complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
