Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the international expansion of the core Accounts Payable product, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own the end-to-end product experience, adapting features for local markets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry and user adoption.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the multi-year vision and strategy for international market entry of the BILL AP product, ensuring a cohesive customer experience
• Develop frameworks to prioritize market entry across regions, balancing complexity with opportunity size and regulatory requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment on shared outcomes and translating local requirements into actionable roadmaps

Required qualifications:

• Depth in B2B financial workflows such as AP automation, payments, or accounting software
• Experience building or scaling products for international markets, including localization and multi-currency capabilities
• Fluency in the regulatory, tax, and payment-rail landscape across international regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC, LATAM)
• Track record of launching and scaling complex products while aligning diverse stakeholders
• Experience embedding AI into product workflows to enhance user value
