Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving the vision and execution of products in the real-time payments ecosystem, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager - Instant Payments will define product strategy, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CSI's Instant Payments portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for the Instant Payments portfolio
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept through delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience in Instant Payments, Real-Time Payments, or Digital Payments
- Experience with FedNow Service and RTP Network
- Demonstrated ownership of product strategy and roadmap development
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and business case development
- Deep understanding of ISO 20022 messaging standards and real-time payment processing environments
