Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product experience, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage organization profiles and data initiatives remotely, driving strategies to enhance data contributions and collaborating across teams to support Candid's mission in the social sector.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product experience for organization profiles and related data initiatives, including the Candid Seal of Transparency program
- Develop and execute a product-led strategy to incentivize continuous data contributions
- Coordinate organization-wide efforts to increase uptake of profile claims and contributed data initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably with contributor-driven products
- Background in the nonprofit or philanthropy sector is preferred
- Proven track record of launching and growing products from 0-to-1
- Experience with rapid experimentation and AI-assisted prototyping
- Strong customer empathy and data-driven approach to product decisions
