Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To enhance AI-driven procurement solutions, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will own feature development from discovery through performance evaluation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Own the discovery and solutioning of customer problems through interviews, market research, and data analysis
• Write and iterate prompts for AI features, defining evaluation methodologies and ensuring quality performance post-launch
• Drive cross-functional alignment with go-to-market teams to ensure successful feature launches

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in startup or growth-stage companies
• Experience shipping AI features and structuring maintainable prompts
• Proficiency in prototyping with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, Figma Make, Cursor)
• Ability to make quick decisions based on research and data analysis
• Strong customer empathy and product taste to meet user expectations
