Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product strategy for insurance eligibility and benefits, the full-time Senior Product Manager will operate remotely, managing client relationships and ensuring successful delivery of OpenLoop's products while focusing on accuracy and efficiency in healthcare revenue cycle processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for insurance capture and eligibility verification aligned with business goals
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of eligibility responses, normalizing payer data for reliable downstream use
• Communicate roadmap priorities and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across multiple teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in healthcare revenue cycle or payer operations
• Hands-on knowledge of eligibility and benefits workflows, including 270/271 exchanges
• Strong technical acumen with experience working directly with engineers on APIs and data models
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage product roadmaps effectively
• Data-driven approach, comfortable with transactional data and troubleshooting anomalies
