Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Product Manager will build strong relationships with stakeholders, mentor product team members, and lead cross-functional efforts to enhance product strategy and delivery for the Veterans Affairs business unit.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence decisions across teams
- Mentor and coach product team members to strengthen product management practices

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience
- 1+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and DevOps
- Experience developing product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
- Experience working within Agile or iterative product development environments
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
