Job Summary
Leading cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define the vision and strategy for mCLASS Math, deliver business impact through performance metrics, and ensure end-to-end product delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for mCLASS Math, aligning with company goals and addressing customer pain points
- Monitor product performance metrics and drive accountability for product-level outcomes, ensuring features enhance customer retention and engagement
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering to create user experiences and manage a prioritized backlog for product development
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience in a high-growth SaaS, ed tech, or consumer tech environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven track record of managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex products
- Experience thriving in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
