Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading day-to-day product execution, the full-time Senior Product Manager will oversee the Digihub pillar, focusing on Patient Services, CRM & Provider Tools, and AI & Automation, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate vision into shipped product across all Digihub areas, maintaining quality and pace
• Define integration among Patient Services, CRM & Provider Tools, and AI & Automation to create a cohesive product experience
• Apply AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and accelerate patient access

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping products at scale
• Direct experience applying AI within a product context, including LLM-assisted workflows and OCR/IDP
• Healthcare product experience, particularly in areas such as prior authorization and specialty pharmacy
• Strong cross-functional influence and execution skills in matrixed environments
• Technical background or experience working alongside ML/AI engineering teams is preferred
