Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and development of new AI capabilities, the full-time Senior Product Manager will transform customer needs into trusted automation, collaborating with Engineering and Design to rapidly prototype and scale solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in customer personas and continuously gather feedback to identify specific problem statements
- Own the roadmap for new AI capabilities, balancing business objectives, customer needs, and industry trends
- Partner with Engineering and Design to translate customer problems into actionable specifications and deliverable milestones
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end ownership of a product or major product area
- Experience taking a product from zero to one, defining problems, and shipping initial versions
- Prior experience with AI-native products, workflow automation, or process orchestration
- Strong analytical judgment and comfort making decisions from incomplete information
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines
