Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning and advancing takedown capabilities within the Digital Risk Protection portfolio, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define strategy and roadmap, enhance service delivery, and scale operations while working remotely in the US.
Key responsibilities
- Define the vision, priorities, and operating model for takedown capabilities within Digital Risk Protection
- Assess and improve current workflows, performance, and customer pain points to strengthen service delivery
- Develop relationships with external partners to enhance the speed and success of takedown operations
Required qualifications
- Deep experience executing or leading digital takedown services with ownership of the takedown lifecycle
- Strong understanding of variations in requirements and execution by threat type, provider, and legal basis
- Experience with relevant use cases such as phishing, domain abuse, and social media abuse
- Technical fluency with APIs, automation, and AI-assisted workflows
- Existing relationships with registrars, hosting providers, or platforms are valuable
