Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product growth strategy, the full-time Senior Product Manager will focus on enhancing how companies discover, sign up for, and send their first rewards, while working remotely to develop a new growth team and roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer journey from signup to first reward, optimizing conversion and onboarding processes
• Develop and implement the growth roadmap, staffing the team and collaborating with marketing on integrated campaigns
• Establish systems for rapid testing and iteration of landing pages and acquisition channels

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in shipping web products as a growth PM, founder, or engineer, with a focus on acquisition and conversion
• Technical proficiency to independently build and analyze conversion funnels and landing pages
• Strong understanding of conversion flows and the ability to identify issues without relying on A/B testing
• Experience in evaluating when to conduct tests based on traffic and evidence
• Exceptional written communication skills in a documentation-first culture
