Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the product vision for the Clinical Operations Platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will independently define strategy, manage a multi-quarter roadmap, and leverage AI tools to enhance operational efficiency while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently define product strategy for ambiguous, open-ended problems across multiple Clinical Operations product areas
• Own multi-quarter roadmap planning, collaborating with engineering leads on capacity planning and stakeholder communication
• Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, spec writing, data analysis, and executive-level stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience in healthcare technology or clinical process environments preferred
• Demonstrated ability to independently define strategy and navigate ambiguity across multiple products
• Daily fluency with AI tools for research synthesis, writing, data analysis, and prototyping
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school
