Job Summary
To enhance marketing operations, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will recommend and implement technology platforms, serve as the principal admin of these systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop tailored solutions that drive efficiency and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Recommend and implement technology platforms to meet Marketing and Digital Experience (MDeX) objectives
- Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to understand needs and develop bespoke operational solutions
- Identify and measure key operational metrics to inform data-driven decisions and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of experience building customer-facing web and mobile products
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable product outcomes
- Experience effectively communicating with leaders and stakeholders, presenting options and trade-offs for decision-making
- Strong background in delivering solutions that meet customer and stakeholder expectations
