Job Summary
To enhance the efficiency of the card issuance process, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead operational activities for the Card Delivery Platform (CDS) in a remote setting, focusing on platform stability, modernization, and service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day product management and operational activities for the Card Delivery Platform (CDS)
- Drive initiatives to ensure reliable and efficient platform operations, improving stability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve platform issues and enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in large-scale technology platforms or financial services
- Experience managing platform operations and business-as-usual (BAU) activities
- Proven track record in driving platform stability, operational excellence, and service quality
- Experience with platform migration, modernization, or system decommissioning initiatives
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
