Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing product area, the full-time Senior Product Manager will develop strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps, engage with retailers to identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate closely with engineers and designers to ensure effective solutions in a remote or onsite capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap by identifying high-impact problems and opportunities through customer engagement
- Provide context and autonomy to the team by understanding customer needs, commercial considerations, and business constraints
- Influence stakeholders using customer insights and data to build alignment around priorities and desired outcomes
Required qualifications
- Experience owning a complex technology product or product area with a high degree of autonomy
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and company leaders
- Capability to balance customer, commercial, and technical considerations in decision-making
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to present data-informed recommendations
