Job Summary
Owning the product strategy and roadmap for Givebutter's CRM and marketing tools, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive adoption and retention while collaborating closely with Design and Engineering teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for donor management, marketing, and reporting tools
- Drive adoption, retention, and monetization of Givebutter Plus in partnership with Growth and Revenue teams
- Lead customer research and synthesize insights to inform product development and initiatives
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in high-scale B2B SaaS or consumer software products
- Demonstrated ability to manage a product area end-to-end, from strategy to execution
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools
- Experience building effective relationships in cross-functional environments
- Familiarity with nonprofit technology or the social good sector is a bonus
