Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading product delivery and technical strategy for a key enterprise account, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive a multi-year migration from a customized legacy system to a SaaS platform while managing ongoing feature delivery and integration needs in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategic product relationship for a key enterprise account, setting client expectations and building executive trust
- Lead third-party integration planning and system/data migrations from a legacy system to the SaaS platform
- Guide engineering teams by understanding system architecture, APIs, and data flows to inform trade-off decisions
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of audiology and hearing care clinic operations is strongly preferred
- Proven history managing strategic enterprise software accounts and presenting to client stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with APIs, data architecture, and complex system integrations
- Experience leading complex software migrations or enterprise re-platforming initiatives
- Ability to establish clear delivery practices and drive predictability across cross-functional teams
