Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end experience of provider-client interactions, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage communication, scheduling, and intake processes while leading the development of an AI-driven "front desk" solution in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead problem discovery, solution design, and delivery for client management tools including scheduling and messaging
• Develop and execute a strategy for AI workflows that automate client coordination while maintaining human oversight where necessary
• Establish product strategy and roadmap, translating user needs into prioritized execution and monitoring success metrics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with user-centric products and complex workflows
• Proven ability to operate from discovery through execution in fast-paced environments
• Strong product judgment and UX sensibility with attention to detail
• Data-informed decision-making using both qualitative and quantitative insights
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration to drive alignment and momentum
