Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and technology-focused Senior Product Manager, the full-time remote position will innovate and optimize workforce management technology products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Leads configuration, governance, and optimization of Verint Optimization and related products for operational workflows
- Manages enterprise integrations and API development efforts to connect Verint with various operational systems
- Oversees product capabilities to improve operational visibility, workflow management, and real-time decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Workforce Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management or Workforce Technology, with a focus on Workforce Management Systems
- Deep understanding of WFM platforms and telephony systems, with Verint experience preferred
- Experience managing enterprise technology integrations and API-enabled solutions
- Strong analytical skills and experience partnering with IT and business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
