Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the planning and execution of support readiness activities, the full-time FLEX Senior Product Manager will ensure successful deployment of D+TT initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead D+TT Support Readiness planning for new or changing technology capabilities
- Identify and manage readiness risks, dependencies, and issues across various teams
- Develop and maintain integrated readiness plans and success metrics for launch preparedness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/certification
- 7+ years of experience in information technology, project management, or technology operations
- 4+ years of project management experience using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies
- Experience with collaboration and project tracking tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
- Demonstrated ability to create executive-ready project and readiness plans
