Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the planning and execution of support readiness activities, the full-time FLEX Senior Product Manager will manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure operational requirements are defined for D+TT initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead D+TT Support Readiness planning for new or changing technology capabilities
- Identify and manage readiness risks, dependencies, issues, and blockers across various teams
- Develop and maintain D+TT Support Readiness roadmaps, playbooks, and integrated readiness plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or certification
- 7+ years of experience in information technology, project management, or technology operations
- 4+ years of project management experience using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies
- 2+ years of experience with collaboration, project tracking, or ITSM tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
- Demonstrated experience developing launch readiness plans and stakeholder communications
