Job Summary
The full-time salaried Senior Product Manager will manage the development of digital storefront and commerce customer experience products, utilizing data to innovate and improve processes, while working remotely from anywhere in the continental US.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap by collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers to enhance the post-approval customer experience
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business problems and validate proposed solutions through customer and market research
- Analyze product feature performance and optimize the digital storefront journey using data-driven insights
Required qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management
- Experience with B2B2C commerce platforms and consumer-facing digital environments
- Direct experience in concepting and implementing agentic commerce solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Hands-on experience with conversion optimization and A/B testing across web and mobile platforms
