Job Summary

Driving product innovation, the full-time Senior Product Manager will shape the vision and execution of workplace management and employee engagement capabilities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Shape product strategy by connecting customer problems, market signals, and business priorities
• Own the product roadmap, focusing on workplace insights and measurable customer outcomes
• Lead continuous discovery efforts to uncover customer needs and validate concepts before engineering commitment

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record from discovery through launch
• Demonstrated ability to shape product strategy and manage complex roadmaps
• Strong product discovery skills, including customer research and problem framing
• High AI fluency and experience using AI in product development processes
• Clear communication skills across cross-functional teams, with a builder mentality
