Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Customer Data and AI Enablement team, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive the development and launch of data products for the Digital Experimentation Platform, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective measurement of business initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Consult and guide cross-functional teams on experiment design, establishing clear hypotheses and success metrics
• Partner with Data Scientists to integrate advanced testing methodologies into the self-service platform
• Define platform capability requirements and automate reporting dashboards for tracking customer growth initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant product management experience
• 1 year of experience in strategy creation and cross-functional leadership
• 2 years of experience in direct people management
• Proven expertise in experimentation statistics, including A/B and multi-arm bandit testing
