Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To build the technology infrastructure for a nationally scaling personal injury law firm, the remote Senior Product Manager will own the product strategy and roadmap for core systems, focusing on AI-enabled intake, case management, and client-facing portals.
Key responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product strategy tied to business outcomes and KPIs
- Conduct discovery with attorneys, operators, case managers, and claimants to inform product development
- Prototype requirements and solutions, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations
