Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving the evolution of Scholar Gateway, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will define product capabilities, manage the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to enhance user experience and onboarding processes.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain advanced knowledge of Scholar Gateway to support colleagues and inform customer engagement efforts
- Lead the definition and execution of specific areas of the Scholar Gateway roadmap, collaborating with various teams
- Monitor publisher pilot onboarding and production efforts, providing recommendations based on results
Required qualifications
- Experience in the scholarly publishing industry
- Extensive product development experience with a proven track record of managing product roadmaps
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Experience with technically complex, platform-oriented products, including APIs and services
- Strong analytical skills, utilizing data to inform product prioritization and decision-making
