Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving key business initiatives, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage and prioritize strategic projects across departments to enhance loan volume growth and portfolio performance in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize strategic projects in collaboration with Risk, Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, and other departments to align with business outcomes
- Translate technical requirements for development readiness and evaluate project impact using data to guide decision-making
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through implementation and optimization, while driving experimentation to improve customer outcomes and portfolio performance
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience in financial services
- Demonstrated success in coordinating and aligning projects across multiple departments
- Experience writing requirements for Engineering and other technical platforms
- Strong analytical skills to assess project impact on product success
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools in day-to-day product work
