Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To drive the development and enhancement of the Learning Acceleration Platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will shape the vision and strategy, manage product roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional learning experiences for users.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and maintain roadmaps prioritizing features and enhancements
- Analyze user data and feedback to inform product decisions and ensure KPIs measure project success
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvements
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the EdTech or LMS industry
- Strong understanding of how AI is reshaping software products
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and user experience practices
- Familiarity with industry standards such as SCORM and xAPI, as well as reporting and analytics systems
