Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving engagement and retention for hundreds of thousands of members, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will own the execution and continuous improvement of onboarding and growth initiatives within Vida's Member Experience group.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive growth and onboarding across the member funnel, focusing on landing pages and eligibility
• Devise and iterate on data-backed experiments to enhance engagement and reduce drop-off rates
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and velocity

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree at a minimum
• 3-5+ years of product management experience, particularly with consumer or patient-facing digital products
• Proven track record of improving engagement, retention, or activation metrics
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with SQL and product analytics tools
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration
