Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning and advancing key areas of the SysTrack platform, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will independently manage customer and business problems from discovery through delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product direction and priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, priorities, and backlog for assigned areas of the SysTrack platform
• Engage with customers and internal teams to identify pain points and translate product direction into clear requirements
• Partner with Engineering and UX throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure timely and coherent product decisions

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise software
• Demonstrated experience independently owning software features or product areas from discovery through delivery
• Strong ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into structured product opportunities and requirements
• Experience working directly with engineers on technically complex products
• Familiarity with Digital Employee Experience, endpoint management, ITSM, or related data-intensive enterprise software is helpful
