Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To shape differentiated financial products and experiences for complex customer and market needs, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will define product strategy, lead customer discovery, and partner with executives to translate market insights into actionable product roadmaps.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and evolve product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps tied to measurable customer and business outcomes
- Lead customer and market discovery to understand complex workflows, pain points, and market dynamics
- Partner with executive sponsors to shape product priorities and roadmap recommendations
Required qualifications:
- 7 to 10 years of relevant Product Management experience, particularly in B2B, fintech, banking, or payments
- Strong experience in banking, payments, or financial services with practical knowledge of money movement and financial operations
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into clear product propositions
- Experience with customer-led product development and zero-to-one discovery
- Proven track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments
