Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To shape the future of enterprise solutions on Salesforce, the remote Senior Product Manager will own the product roadmap for a Salesforce-native DevSecOps platform, driving innovation in AI-powered capabilities and engaging directly with Fortune 500 customers.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across multiple product lines, identifying opportunities for new categories within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Lead the development of AI-driven DevOps capabilities and pioneer agent-aware governance frameworks
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate complex requirements into effective product solutions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a minimum of 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem
- Deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform, including metadata architecture and security models
- Proven track record of shipping successful products adopted by enterprise customers
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and security/compliance tooling is strongly preferred
- Strong perspective on the impact of AI/ML in Salesforce development and governance
