Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the reporting and analytics experience for HUB, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead modernization efforts, engage with diverse stakeholders, and leverage AI tools to enhance platform capabilities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate as part of an empowered product team to solve problems and run continuous discovery with operators and franchise owners
- Manage the reporting and business insights capabilities, ensuring a unified product experience across all channels
- Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to define commercial implications and technical direction for product development
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the SaaS industry, preferably in restaurant technology or POS
- Proven ability to operate within an empowered product team model, owning outcomes and running continuous discovery
- Experience in modernizing legacy platforms, including simplifying or retiring functionality and launching new capabilities
- Fluency with AI tools for product work, including research, data analysis, and prototyping
- Understanding of pricing and packaging implications related to product investment decisions and commercial outcomes
