Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving the future of the Point-of-Sale platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own strategy, discovery, and execution for the core POS product, focusing on platform modernization and customer engagement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Operate an empowered team with engineering and design to iterate based on live usage data and achieve business outcomes
- Define and maintain a strategic roadmap for the POS product, balancing modernization efforts and delivering value to restaurant operators
- Own go-to-market strategies for new POS capabilities, partnering with sales and marketing for successful rollouts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the SaaS industry, preferably in restaurant tech or POS domains
- Extensive hands-on experience with customer interviews and discovery research, with a strong understanding of UX/UI best practices
- Experience in platform modernization, evolving legacy systems into modern architectures
- Proficient in setting measurable goals (OKRs, KPIs) and using product analytics to drive decisions
- Fluent with AI tools for research synthesis, data analysis, and experience shipping AI-powered features in a live product
