Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end Equipment/Terminal Products strategy, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the product roadmap, drive execution across terminal and device portfolios, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the product roadmap for the terminal ecosystem, conducting market research and establishing key performance indicators
- Act as the Product Owner within an Agile/Scrum framework, writing user stories and leading backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions
- Oversee integration with payment protocols and manage hardware lifecycles, ensuring seamless operation and certification of terminal peripherals
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of technical product management experience in an Agile environment
- Strong background in FinTech, Merchant Acquiring, or Credit Card Processing
- Firm grasp of API integrations and cloud-based architecture
- Deep familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience using data analytics tools to inform decision-making
