Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company in the education industry is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of their K12 Attendance Intervention solution.

Position Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the K12 Attendance Intervention tool
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including ideation, user research, requirement gathering, and agile project management
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to align product strategy with overall business objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or similar role in the software industry, preferably in K-12 education or educational technology
• Strong understanding of the K-12 education landscape
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end product development, from ideation to successful product launches
• Passionate about education and making a positive impact on student outcomes
